Vodka Raspberry Mojito Recipe Highlights
This co*cktail, you guys!! It’s so good. Fruity, refreshing with a little bit of kick!
It’s not a secret that I’m not into drinking alcohol; that department is totally under my husband’s control. He loves combining and experimenting with different flavors, but today I can say that I’ve found a favorite, Vodka Raspberry Mojito.
You can make just one for yourself, or a big pitcher to share with friends and family.
This easy-to-make Raspberry Vodka Mojito is a light and crisp co*cktail that everyone will love!
What Is a Vodka Mojito?
This vodka mojito is a twist to the classic rum-based mojito. Made in a similar manner, this co*cktail simply substitutes the mojito’s rum with vodka. The swap is great for drinkers who prefer a lighter and smooth co*cktail.

Tips & Variations
If you don’t have a mortar and pestle, place mint leaves in a small bowl and crush with the back of a spoon.
Mint leaves vary in size, and you can add less or more according to your personal taste.
I highly recommend using good-quality vodka.Citrus vodka is an excellent alternative to unflavored vodka.
You can substitute raspberries for strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries.
For a virgin mojito, skip the vodka and increase the mint and soda.
Storing & Freezing Instructions
IN THE FRIDGE:This refreshing co*cktail is best served immediately and will not keep in the fridge.
IN THE FREEZER:I don’t recommend freezing this co*cktail. It is best made fresh.
